Under new management. The repairs and renovations are definitely a major improvement. Will probably be renting a room there soon again.
The owner is always on site. A very nice gentleman even when I accidentally broke into a friend's room to tell him I was waiting unfortunately My friend already vacated so the owner was going to beat me but decided I wasn't a threat and we got past our differences. My own fault none of his. Thanks again for allowing me back around property sorry for the mistake won't happen again sir. Joseph. :)
